The Valentines Day Wedding Cocktail Hour (Volume 2)

As wedding DJs, Valentines Day is one of our favorite holidays.  To celebrate all newlywed and engaged couples, and everybody else in love, we’ve returned in 2016 with a new Valentines cocktail hour playlist compiled our DJ Gregg Ambient.  This year, Gregg has opted to focus on his favorite jazz, R&B and soul selections, with representative artists including John Coltrane, Chet Baker, Norah Jones, Nat King Cole, Jose James, Peaches & Herb, Ledisi and Maxwell… plus many more.

The playlist – available as either a compilation on Spotify – or as a continuous one hour mix on Mixcloud – is deliberately slow and romantic side and meant to be enjoyed over a glass of wine in front of a crackling fire.   For those craving dancier Valentine’s mixes, check out Gregg’s “50 Shades” and “Cupid Soul” mixes.

For a signature drink, Gregg has selected a glass of the delicious Italian hazelnut liqueur Frangelico, served on the rocks.
